Think outside the bowl

Creative Media has invented a new way to advertise in toilets. In fact, urine samples contain information about health conditions and drug usages. Why limited to advertising?

There is no boundary in advertising

Advertising is a creative business. Captive Media has put advertising screens into male toilets. They track the users' urine landing and use it to control games, such as a skiing game. This is preceded and followed by advertising.

I call this thinking outside the bowl :) Captive Media made this for fun and attention. They will attract attention, no doubt.

Looking across the horizon

The idea could go further. The urine sample contains a substantial amount of information. The next possible step is therefore to inform the user of his health condition, or whether he is over the limit for driving.

The system could even test for drugs. It would be possible to trace how many people take what type of drugs. Creative Media clearly stated that no camera is installed. But others (e.g. the police) could install hidden cameras. If they do, they could trace who takes what types of drugs.
